SKIN TAG REMOVAL

Skin tags are benign tumors that generally range from two to five millimeters in size, though larger ones do occur. They are commonly found where the skin is creased, such as in the armpits, the neck, and in the groin area. They can also be found on the face, particularly on the eyelids. The surface of skin tags can be irregular or smooth in appearance and many of them raise from the skin’s surface on a fleshy stalk referred to as a peduncle.

What causes skin tags?

Skin tags are not a health problem, but they can become irritated by jewelry or by clothing. The cause of skin tags is still unknown, though there does appear to be a relationship between obesity and age and the development of skin tags.

LASER SPIDER VEIN REMOVAL

Spider veins or telangiectasias are very fine and superficial patterns of blood vessels under the skin. As we age we are prone to developing these. The legs and the face are common areas where spider veins. Many people with leg spider veins will not wear shorts out of embarrassment. The SheerWave 360 IPL Laser effectively reduces or eliminates these unsightly signs of aging. Intense pulse light has proved effective in reducing the look of broken capillaries (spider veins). The application of IPL frequencies generate heat which causes the blood inside the vessel walls to coagulate resulting in their collapse and sealing. Over a period of weeks, the spider vein becomes invisible as it is absorbed by the body. The surrounding tissue remains unscarred and undamaged. Usually need two to three treatment a month apart.
